Chris and Angela Ifonlaja are pastors, teachers, and mentors with a shared mission: to equip individuals and couples to experience God’s design for relationships, marriage, and leadership. Married for over 21 years, they combine biblical wisdom with lived experience, professional expertise, and global ministry impact. Together, they serve as pastors of PVN Belfast, a vibrant multinational church, while leading initiatives that strengthen marriages, empower singles, mentor young leaders, and build communities that flourish.

Pastor Chris Ifonlaja is a dedicated Bible teacher, preacher, and engaging speaker with a heartfelt mission to nurture grounded disciples and inspiring leaders.

With a shepherd’s heart and a strategist’s mind, he serves as the lead pastor of PVN Belfast, a vibrant multinational church where believers are encouraged to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose.

Deeply committed to mentorship, he invests in young adults, guiding them through important life stages. With over 25 years of experience as a multinational IT consultant, Pastor Chris brings a commitment to excellence and innovation to his professional pursuits. He is also a knowledgeable expert in property development and investment, sharing practical wisdom to help others succeed.

Together with his wife, Pastor Angela Ifonlaja, he models a Christ-centered marriage, celebrating 21 years of covenant partnership. Their shared passion for thriving marriages fuels their ministry as they teach God’s design for relationships with authenticity and lived experience.

ANGELA IFONLAJA

Pastor Angela Ifonlaja is a teacher of God’s Word, a worship leader, and songwriter whose music transcends borders and generations. With a divine gift for bridging gaps, her ministry has ignited hearts across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States. Her music is available worldwide on all major digital platforms.

A lawyer and strategic program leader by profession, Pastor Angela carries a prophetic voice that has made her a highly sought-after speaker and media contributor on radio. She and her husband are known for their transformative approach to relationships, offering bold biblical wisdom on marriage and singleness.

At the core of her calling is a deep passion for nurturing holistic growth and development for the next generation leaders. She actively mentors emerging worshippers, musicians, and creatives - imparting not just skill but spiritual depth. Her visionary leadership also fuels an educational outreach empowering young minds through free classes in English, Maths, Music, and Computer Coding.

A mother of three, she serves with her husband Pastor Chris Ifonlaja in stewarding PVN, a dynamic multinational church family in Northern Ireland.

Our Story

Our journey in ministry began with a simple commitment: to serve in supportive roles within the church, believing that leadership was a responsibility we were content to assist with rather than lead. Yet God had other plans.

Married in 2004, we found ourselves unexpectedly stepping into pastoral leadership by 2006, a role we had once vowed to avoid. But through His grace, we came to see this calling not as a burden, but as a sacred privilege. Surrendering to God’s will transformed our reluctance into purpose, and His faithfulness has guided us ever since.

Over the years, we’ve had the honour of serving countless individuals and supporting the broader body of Christ. Chris, an IT professional by trade, brings analytical thinking and a passion for leadership development within the RCCG network. He’s also deeply curious about property investment and, in another life, might have pursued music (if time allowed!)

Angela, a barrister with a heart for justice, has always been drawn to worship ministry. She serves as a worship leader and mentor to young ministers, blending her legal mind with a musician’s soul. She is also passionate about seeing young people equipped for leadership in the marketplace and society and leads initiatives to build that capacity in them.

Though our paths diverged professionally, our shared mission in youth mentorship and pastoral leadership keeps us united. Whether through preaching, discipleship, or simply walking alongside others, we’re committed to equipping the next generation to lead with wisdom and faith.
